DELIVERY POLICY

  •  Delivery Options: 

We offer standard delivery options for all orders. Orders dispatched to the United Kingdom typically take 3-7 business days to arrive, with international orders taking 7-14 days although this does vary from country to country. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and can be selected during the checkout process.

  • Order Processing: 

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed on the following business day.

  • Delivery Confirmation: 

A dispatch confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

  • Delivery Delays: 

We are not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.

  • Delivery Issues: 

If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

  • 6. Incorrect Delivery Address: 

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address due to a customer error. If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your information.

  • Delivery Refusals: 

If a delivery is refused by the recipient, the package will be returned to us. A refund will be issued for the cost of the product, minus the original postage fees. If you would like the package to be re-shipped, additional postage fees will apply.

  • Delivery Damage: 

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement product if necessary.

  • Delivery Fees: 

All delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Please note that personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.

  • If you received the item as a gift, we can only offer an exchange of goods of the same value. Please contact us, and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

  • If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance with the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

 

REFUND POLICY:

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

  • If you haven't received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us at hello@heywillowandco.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

EXCHANGES:

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at hello@heywillowandco.com
 

RETURN SHIPPING:

  • Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item. However, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Please be aware that we do not provide a free return shipping label unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
